Priority Insured Shipping — USPS

Saved & Sober By Jesus ships domestic orders using insured USPS service whenever applicable.

Please note that production and order-processing time are separate from carrier transit time. The estimated timeframe shown for each product reflects how long we expect it to take before the item is ready to ship. Once your package has been transferred to USPS, normal carrier transit time begins.

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer’s responsibility. They may need to be paid before delivery.

SIGNATURE FAVORITES

Most in-stock sizes ship within 1–2 business days.

Because many of our Signature Favorites are custom-manufactured in limited production runs, individual sizes may temporarily sell out between restock shipments.

If your selected size is awaiting restock, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Availability and restock timing may vary by product and size. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Certain Saved & Sober By Jesus products may be offered as Made-to-Order.

Made-to-Order means that the item is not currently available for immediate shipment and will be produced or included in an upcoming production run after orders are placed.

Depending on the product, manufacturing may already be secured and ready to begin, or the item may be offered during an initial ordering period that helps us determine customer demand, sizing needs, and appropriate production quantities.

Every Made-to-Order product page will clearly display the current estimated production and/or shipping timeframe before purchase.

For example, a product may display:

Made-to-Order — Estimated Shipping: 4–5 Weeks

The timeframe shown on the individual product page represents our reasonable expected timeline based on the manufacturing and transportation information available to us at that time.

Made-to-Order timelines may vary from product to product.

Manufacturing schedules, quality control, production volume, international transportation, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances may occasionally affect the original estimate.

If we become aware of a material change to the anticipated shipping timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected customers.

If Saved & Sober By Jesus determines that a Made-to-Order product will not move forward into production, affected customers will be notified and will receive a full refund for the canceled item to the original payment method.

Customers will not be required to accept store credit for a Made-to-Order product that Saved & Sober By Jesus elects not to produce.

REDEEMED REMINDERS

Redeemed Reminders products are produced and fulfilled by a third-party production partner rather than directly by Saved & Sober By Jesus.

These items are generally expected to ship and/or be delivered within approximately 7–10 days, depending on current availability, production volume, the delivery destination, and the third-party partner’s fulfillment schedule.

Because these products are fulfilled by an outside partner, processing and shipping timelines may differ from those of Saved & Sober By Jesus custom-manufactured products.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Production and shipping estimates displayed on individual product pages represent our reasonable expected timeline, not the maximum amount of time we expect an order to take.

For Made-to-Order products, the specific estimate displayed on the applicable product page should be reviewed before placing an order.

Estimated timelines may occasionally change as updated manufacturing, production, transportation, or fulfillment information becomes available.

Regardless of the estimated production or shipping timeframe displayed on the product page, items covered by our delivery guarantee will be delivered within a maximum of 120 days from the original order date.

The 120-day timeframe is our absolute maximum delivery guarantee and should not be considered our normal expected shipping or delivery time.

Most orders are expected to be completed and delivered substantially sooner based on the estimated timeframe displayed on the applicable product page.

If Saved & Sober By Jesus is unable to deliver an item covered by this guarantee within 120 days of the original order date, the customer will be entitled to a full refund for the undelivered item to the original payment method.

The 120-day guarantee does not apply to delays caused by circumstances attributable to the customer, including an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve or accept a package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts outside of Saved & Sober By Jesus's control.

DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME

Once an order has shipped, domestic USPS transit time is generally approximately 3–5 business days.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of Saved & Sober By Jesus's control.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

ORDERS CONTAINING MULTIPLE AVAILABILITY TYPES

An order may contain a combination of:

• In-stock merchandise

• Made-to-Order merchandise

• Redeemed Reminders merchandise fulfilled by a third-party partner

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or during checkout, Saved & Sober By Jesus may hold an order until all items are available or may choose to ship available merchandise separately.

Because Redeemed Reminders products are fulfilled by a third-party production partner, they may ship separately from other Saved & Sober By Jesus merchandise.

If we choose to split an order into multiple shipments, doing so will not extend the applicable maximum delivery guarantee for any remaining items.
