Return, Refund & Delivery Policy

At Saved & Sober By Jesus Clothing, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us and to clearly understand what to expect before, during, and after their purchase.

Many of our pieces are custom-manufactured specifically for our collection and produced in limited quantities. Some products may also be offered as Made-to-Order before completed inventory is available for immediate shipment. Because of this, production and delivery timelines may vary by product.

We encourage you to review this policy, as well as the availability and estimated shipping information shown on the individual product page, before placing your order.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is not right for you, you may request a return within 3 days of the date the item is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be made within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

• The item must be unworn and unwashed.

• All original tags must remain attached to the item.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or other signs of wear or use.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Saved & Sober By Jesus.

Please contact us before shipping a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Items returned without first requesting a return, or items that do not meet the conditions above, may not be accepted.

Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our 3-day return period begins on the date the carrier confirms that the package was delivered.

MADE-TO-ORDER RETURNS

Made-to-Order purchases are eligible for our standard return policy once the finished item has been delivered to the customer.

The same 3-day return period and merchandise condition requirements described above apply.

The production or delivery period associated with a Made-to-Order purchase does not reduce the customer's return period after receiving the item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact Saved & Sober By Jesus within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request clear photographs of the merchandise, packaging, shipping label, or damaged area so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour reporting period may not be accepted.

Once the issue has been verified, Saved & Sober By Jesus may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Customers will not be responsible for return or replacement shipping costs when the return is the result of a verified manufacturing defect, damaged merchandise, or an error made by Saved & Sober By Jesus.

Saved & Sober By Jesus is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery, normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, misuse, or damage resulting from failure to follow garment care instructions.

EXCHANGES

We may approve exchanges for eligible merchandise when inventory is available.

For standard size or preference exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the cost of shipping the replacement item.

All merchandise being exchanged must meet the same requirements as a return: it must be unworn, unwashed, have the original tags attached, and be returned in its original condition.

If an exchange is the result of a verified manufacturing defect, damaged item, or fulfillment error by Saved & Sober By Jesus, the customer will not be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Certain Saved & Sober By Jesus products may be identified as Made-to-Order.

Made-to-Order means that the product is not currently available for immediate shipment and will be produced or included in an upcoming production run after orders are placed.

Depending on the product, a Made-to-Order item may already have an approved production sample and secured manufacturing, or it may be offered during an initial ordering period that helps Saved & Sober By Jesus determine customer demand, sizing requirements, and appropriate production quantities.

Made-to-Order allows us to produce our custom pieces more intentionally, better match production quantities to actual customer demand, and continue introducing new designs without unnecessarily overproducing inventory.

Every Made-to-Order product page will clearly display the current estimated production and/or shipping timeframe before purchase.

The estimated timeframe shown on the individual product page represents our reasonable expectation based on the manufacturing and transportation information available to us at the time.

By purchasing a Made-to-Order product, the customer understands that:

• The item is not available for immediate shipment.

• Production may begin or continue after the order is placed.

• The estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the applicable product page.

• Manufacturing, production scheduling, quality control, transportation, customs processing, or other circumstances may occasionally affect the estimated timeline.

• The estimated shipping timeframe is separate from our maximum 120-day delivery guarantee.

If a Made-to-Order product is being offered during an initial ordering period, production quantities may be determined in part by customer demand and size requirements.

If Saved & Sober By Jesus determines that a Made-to-Order product will not move forward into production, affected customers will be notified and will receive a full refund for the canceled item to their original payment method.

Customers will not be required to accept store credit for a Made-to-Order product that Saved & Sober By Jesus elects not to produce.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATES VS. OUR MAXIMUM DELIVERY GUARANTEE

Estimated production or shipping dates displayed on our product pages represent our reasonable expected timeline based on the information available to us when the product is offered.

For example, a Made-to-Order product may display:

Made-to-Order — Estimated Shipping: 4–5 Weeks

That estimate represents when we reasonably expect the product to become available for shipment.

It does not mean that customers should expect their order to take 120 days.

Estimated timelines may occasionally change due to manufacturing schedules, quality control, transportation, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our normal production timeline.

If we become aware of a material change to the anticipated shipping timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected customers.

Our 120-day delivery guarantee is the absolute maximum timeframe and exists to protect our customers if an unexpected manufacturing, production, transportation, customs, inspection, or fulfillment delay occurs.

ORDERS CONTAINING IN-STOCK AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

An order may contain a combination of:

• In-stock merchandise

• Made-to-Order merchandise

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or during checkout, Saved & Sober By Jesus may hold an order until all items are available or may choose to ship available merchandise separately.

If we choose to make a separate shipment, doing so will not extend the maximum delivery guarantee applicable to any remaining undelivered merchandise.

Regardless of the estimated production or shipping timeframe displayed on the product page, an item covered by our delivery guarantee will be delivered within a maximum of 120 days from the original order date.

The 120-day timeframe is our absolute maximum delivery guarantee, not our normal expected shipping time.

Most orders, including Made-to-Order purchases, are expected to be delivered substantially sooner based on the estimated timeframe displayed on the applicable product page.

If Saved & Sober By Jesus is unable to deliver an item covered by this policy within 120 days of the original order date, the customer will be entitled to a full refund for the undelivered item to the original payment method.

The 120-day guarantee applies to our ability to manufacture, fulfill, and deliver the merchandise.

It does not apply to delays caused by circumstances attributable to the customer, including an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to retrieve or accept a package, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by circumstances outside of Saved & Sober By Jesus's control.

AGREEMENT TO THIS POLICY

By placing an order with Saved & Sober By Jesus Clothing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Return, Refund & Delivery Policy, including any Made-to-Order designation and estimated production or shipping timeframe displayed on the applicable product page at the time your order is placed.
