Refund Policy
Order Issues
All products are made-to-order through our partner, Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). Please check size guides carefully before placing your order.
We will happily replace or refund your order if:

Your item arrives damaged or misprinted.

You received the wrong item.

Your order is lost in transit.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at SavedandSoberByJesus@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue.
Returns
Since each product is custom-printed, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. Unworn, unused defective items may be returned for replacement or refund.
Refunds (if approved)
Once your return or replacement request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement at no extra cost.
